Delegation Of Authority
(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate authority to exercise some or all the authority vested on it by the Director
General except the authority to frame Rules as authorized to it under this Act.
(2) The Director General may delegate any authority conferred on it pursuant to Sub-section (1) to the Regional Director or any other officer with the approval of the Government of Nepal.
